To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines during your visit:

We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service. Appointments can be made in-person, online, or over the phone.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate the next client.

We understand that plans change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to compensate for the time reserved for your appointment.

Prior to your treatment, please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or medications you are taking. This helps us ensure that your treatment is both safe and effective.
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your health and the health of others is our top priority.

We strive to create a calm and soothing environment for all guests. Please silence your mobile devices upon entering the spa and speak in soft tones.
Children and pets are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving treatments or as required for accessibility reasons. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful experience.

If you are unsure about which service is best for you, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your needs and recommend the appropriate treatments.
During your service, feel free to communicate your comfort level or any preferences you may have. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Tipping is appreciated but not required. If you would like to leave a gratuity for your technician, a customary amount is 15-20% of the service cost.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and various payment apps. Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Following certain treatments, aftercare is crucial for optimal results. Please adhere to the post-treatment instructions provided by your technician.
