Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete check-in and any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without a refund to ensure we can accommodate other guests.

We invite you to enjoy our beautiful Serenity Lounge, a space designed for relaxation. Feel free to unwind in the lounge before and/or after your treatment.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your mobile devices upon entering the spa and speak softly.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or concerns before your treatment to ensure we can accommodate your needs safely.

ZZ Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
